Perform patient diagnostic imaging and testing in the nuclear cardiology department. Perform the diagnostic study according to department protocol demonstrating knowledge of proper use of radiopharmaceutical materials, scilltillation camera, digital film, and optical storage. Provide patient with explanation of test and respond appropriately to patient questions. Exemplify MHS values: Patients First, Teamwork, Excellence and To Endure.
REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree or equivalent from a certified two-year college or technical school in applied science/nuclear medicine. Board certification and state licensing in Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMTCB) and/or ARRT-N required. CPR certified.
